Patricia Elwood O’Brian
Patricia (“Patty”) was raised in Houston and attended undergraduate and law school here. Since 1991 she has practiced in various areas of law including civil litigation and intellectual property law. For the last 12 years she has devoted her practice to one of DMOPC’s business clients. As general counsel she provides legal advice, counsel, and representation to the client’s management team and stakeholders. Her responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing risk mitigation, advising on real estate and employment matters, and managing and supervising litigation on the client’s behalf.
